Zoning Board of Appeals sides with The Spirit Horse Farm!
The ZBA Board of appeals has overturned the Planning and Zoning Commission’s Cease and Desist, recognizing The Spirit Horse Farm as a legal short term rental.
Chairman Anthony DiPentima defended the rights of property owners and short term tenants by saying tenants can “conduct whatever activities they want under their short term rental agreement.”
